RELENTLESS did not start as a brand. It started as a group of people who genuinely wanted to play together, get better together, and win together. What began with friends, and friends of friends, grew into something real. This organization exists because of that foundation.
This agreement is not a question of anyone's loyalty. Everyone on this roster has already shown what they are about. This contract exists for one reason: to protect the team from outside interference. Other organizations will look at what we are building and want pieces of it. This agreement makes sure they cannot take what belongs to us.
RELENTLESS is building toward dominance in the Nigerian CODM competitive scene and beyond. The goal is not just to compete. It is to be the team that others have to beat. Every player on this roster is part of making that happen.
This agreement is valid for two (2) years from the date of signing, unless terminated earlier under the conditions set out in this document.
The agreement will be reviewed every twelve (12) months from the start date. At each review, both the Organization and the Player have the opportunity to renegotiate terms, adjust compensation, address concerns, or mutually agree to continue under existing terms.
Upon expiry of the two-year term, this agreement may be renewed by mutual consent. Neither party is obligated to renew.
For the duration of this agreement, the Player agrees to compete exclusively for RELENTLESS. The Player must not:
Casual or social play does not violate this clause. The restriction applies specifically to competitive representation for another team or organization.
Monthly Salary
Each active Player receives a fixed monthly salary of five thousand Naira (₦5,000) per month, paid by the 5th of each calendar month for the prior month's service. This figure may be revised at annual review.
Monthly Stipend
In addition to the base salary, the Organization may provide a discretionary stipend of up to ten thousand Naira (₦10,000) per month per Player. This covers reasonable expenses including mobile data costs, COD Points, Battle Pass, and miscellaneous items related to competitive play. The stipend is not guaranteed — it is issued on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion. Players may request stipend support at any time by reaching out to management directly. Just ask.
Tournament Prize Split
One hundred percent (100%) of any tournament winnings go to the players and substitutes who participated in the tournament. Management takes no cut. Prizes are divided equally among all participating players and subs.
Scrim Attendance
Players must attend a minimum of four (4) scrim sessions per week. A session counts when the Player is present, has the correct loadout, and participates for the full session. Absences without prior notice are taken seriously. Repeated no-shows without communication may be treated as a breach of this agreement.
Clan Tag
All Players must carry the official RELENTLESS clan tag at all times while active on the roster. The tag must be visible in-game during scrims, training, tournaments, and any competitive match played for RELENTLESS. Failure to display the clan tag in competitive settings is a breach of this obligation.
Loadout Compliance
RELENTLESS operates with defined competitive and scrim loadouts. Players must use approved comp/scrim loadouts during all scrim sessions, internal training, and official tournament matches. Using the wrong loadout is a breach of this clause. A Player who defaults the team by using an unapproved loadout — causing a session or match to be compromised — may face disciplinary action up to and including suspension or contract review. If unsure of approved loadouts, ask management before the session begins.
Minimum Availability
Players must be available and responsive a minimum of five (5) days per week — reachable for team communications and able to participate in sessions when scheduled. If extended time off is needed, a simple message to management is enough.
Fair Play & Anti-Cheat
Players must not use any unauthorized software, cheats, exploits, or tools that provide an unfair competitive advantage. This applies to all matches, scrims, and training. A confirmed violation results in immediate termination of this agreement.
Conduct & Representation
Players represent RELENTLESS whenever they are identifiable as members of this team. Conduct that brings the organization into disrepute — in-game, on social media, or in any gaming space — is subject to management review. Serious misconduct may result in suspension or termination.
The terms of this agreement are strictly private. Players must not discuss, share, or disclose the contents of this contract — including salary figures, stipend arrangements, prize split terms, or any other clause — with other players on the roster or with anyone outside the organization.
This clause exists to protect the integrity of the team's internal structure. What management agrees with one player is between management and that player. Comparisons, disputes over terms, or external leaks of contract details damage the team from the inside.
A breach of this clause is treated as a serious disciplinary matter and will be handled under the same three-strike structure outlined in Section 07.
Players must not share internal team information with anyone outside the organization. This includes team strategies, scrim results, loadout setups, roster discussions, financial arrangements, and internal communications.
Breaches are handled as follows:
Where a breach causes material harm to the organization, management reserves the right to escalate beyond this structure based on the severity of the situation.
If any person, team, organization, or representative approaches the Player with an offer, invitation, or inquiry to join another team or compete elsewhere — at any point during the active term of this agreement — the Player is required to report that approach to management promptly.
This is not optional. Receiving an approach from another organization is not a violation. Failing to report it is.
The report should include the name of the organization or individual involved, the nature of the approach, and the channel through which contact was made. Management will handle the situation from there. The Player's job is simply to flag it.
The Player grants RELENTLESS the right to use their name and gameplay content (clips, screenshots, highlights) for promotional purposes — social media posts, recruitment materials, and team announcements. The Organization will not misrepresent the Player or publish content that damages their personal reputation.
Players retain full ownership of personal content they create independently, provided it does not violate the confidentiality clauses above.
By the Organization
RELENTLESS may terminate with written notice for: repeated breaches after at least one warning; confirmed use of cheats; conduct that seriously damages the organization's reputation; or voluntary inactivity for 30 or more consecutive days without communication.
By the Player
A Player may terminate this agreement with fourteen (14) days written notice communicated directly to management. The Player remains bound by all terms during the notice period.
Mutual Termination
Both parties may agree to end the agreement at any time by mutual written consent.

This agreement does not create a formal legal employment relationship. It is a commitment between parties who respect each other and are working toward the same goal.
Scope of Confidential Information
For the purposes of this section, "Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to: team strategies, playbooks, and tactical approaches; scrim results, match analyses, and performance data; player ratings, rankings, and internal evaluations; financial information including salaries, stipends, budgets, and sponsorship details; internal communications across all platforms (Discord, WhatsApp, or any other channel used by the team); upcoming roster changes, recruitment targets, and transfer discussions; partnerships, sponsorship negotiations, and business development plans; and any proprietary tools, systems, or processes developed by or for RELENTLESS.
Obligations
The Player agrees not to disclose, distribute, reproduce, or make available any Confidential Information to any third party — including but not limited to other players outside the organization, competing teams, media outlets, content creators, or any individual not authorized by RELENTLESS management. This obligation applies regardless of whether the information was obtained directly, overheard, or accessed incidentally.
Duration
This non-disclosure obligation remains in effect for the full duration of this agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination or expiry of this agreement, regardless of the reason for termination. The Player's duty to protect Confidential Information does not end when they leave the roster.
Permitted Disclosures
Confidential Information may only be disclosed with prior written consent from RELENTLESS management, or where required by law. If a Player receives a legal request for disclosure, they must notify management immediately before responding.
Consequences of Breach
Any breach of this NDA is treated as a serious violation of this agreement. Depending on the severity and impact of the breach, consequences may include immediate suspension from all team activities, termination of this agreement without notice, forfeiture of any outstanding salary or stipend payments for the month of the breach, and a permanent ban from future involvement with RELENTLESS in any capacity. Where a breach causes measurable harm to the organization, RELENTLESS reserves the right to pursue further action as appropriate.
This agreement represents the full understanding between RELENTLESS and the Player. Any prior verbal agreements are superseded by this document. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect. This agreement does not prevent the Player from maintaining normal employment, education, or other personal commitments.
